Sarah is in Coffs Harbour for the July 11 final that will see her cook-off against Coffs Harbour-based apprentice, Nick Delves and Lismore-based apprentice Joe Carrall.
The grand final will include the challenge of cooking in front of a crowd outside Kmart in Coffs Central Shopping Centre and the event will begin at 11am.
Sarah, Nick and Joe will have to produce an original recipe, complete with sides and garnishes for a dish that features scallops or king prawns, seasonal produce with an Asian influence.
The trio will have 35 minutes to prepare and present four servings to the judging panel of Latitude 30's Marcus Blackwell, Taste Restaurant's Bevan Collin and ETC's Karen Busby.
The winner will earn $500 and be crowned the 2019 ETC Apprentice of the Year.
