Les Gardner caught 20 fish with an overall weight of 9.6kg. He had 10 bream with the largest weighing 0.7kg and 10 luderick with the largest weighing 0.6kg.
The club's seafood raffles are on this Saturday evening, July 13 with 10 seafood trays and 10 meat trays plus their $40 supporters' tray.
The next fishing outing is on July 20 and 21 with the weigh in at 2pm on the Sunday at the Lansdowne Bowling and Recreation Club.
Evening of entertainment
The Lansdowne Bowling and Recreation Club will have an evening of free entertainment with the Texas Rose band.
Texas Rose is on her North Coast tour on her way to Queensland and has agreed to make a stop of at Lansdowne on Saturday of July 27. The music will commence at 7.30pm.
Popular band returns
The Upper Lansdowne hall committee has organised for the very popular band 19 - Twenty to return to the hall for another performance.
Tickets for this show are going fast as they were enjoyed hugely by everyone who attended their last show at the Upper Lansdowne hall.
They have been performing their high energy blues rock sonic party nationally, headlining sell out shows and festivals in all states and territories. Constantly on the road or in the sky, they have toured seven times around Australia and performed gigs throughout Europe.
