Centre Bruywn Tisdell led the way for the Ratz, running in three tries. The Ratz raced to an early 17-0 lead before Old Bar converted a penalty goal.
However, from there it was one-way traffic, as the Ratz forwards took control, giving their slick backs plenty of possession and space.
The Clams were again down on numbers and again stuck to the task, but were overwhelmed. Skipper Teia Ambrosoli tried hard to lift the side.
Skipper Sam Hartnett and Kieren Burley dominated for the Ratz in the middle.
However, Forster will be a far tougher proposal for the Ratz this weekend at Tuncurry.
Forster and Manning played a 25-25 draw in the first round, however, the Dolphins were too strong for an ill-disciplined Ratz combination in the second round.
The Clams will play Wauchope Thunder at Wauchope.
