A total of 79 development determinations totalling in the millions were made under delegated authority during May.
The $3 million Hungry Jacks development on The Lakes Way, lots 82, 84, 86 and 88, includes demolition of existing dwellings and construction of the restaurant. It will be located between Angel Circuit and the entrance to Stocklands shopping centre.
The child care centre at Manning River Drive is located next to the McDonalds fast food franchise. The eco-tourism development is in Lillipilli Close, Booral.
Among the approvals were a telecommunications facility on Old Bar Road, a skip bin business at Hallidays Point, and a $666,000 project to replace and erect day stalls at Manning Valley Race Club's Bushland Drive track.
Homes, swimming pools, sheds, garages, carports, commercial and private additions made up the bulk of the remaining developments.
