A woman was robbed at knifepoint at the Taree South Service Centre on Thursday, June 20.

About 5am, a 44-year-old woman was approached at the service centre by an unknown man.
Police were told the man threatened the woman with a weapon, believed to be a large knife, and demanded her handbag.
The man grabbed the bag and fled the scene, heading west. The woman was not injured in the incident.
Officers attached to Manning Great Lakes Police District were called to the service centre and established a crime scene.
The man is described as being about 30-years-old, 165 centimetres tall, thin build with a dark complexion, wearing a dark hooded jumper, dark tracksuit pants, joggers and possibly a balaclava.
