The girls made placards to demonstrate their concern about the issue so they could be seen and heard all around Taree. They even made a stop at the MidCoast Council building as part of their plan to make people aware of this climate emergency.
The frequency and severity of natural disasters is increasing in Australia, meaning that there will be more floods, storms, bush fire, heat waves and flow-on impacts for everyone including businesses, such as power outages and transport and communication interruptions.
You cannot ignore the scientists or the science!
