Student Representative Council members worked to drive student participation in a World's Greatest Shave event and support for a Biggest Morning Tea on May 8. Teacher Todd Curtis, house leader Joel Christensen and year 12 students, Andrew Jennison and Nathaniel Walsh lost their hair, while teacher, Cathy James died her hair bright blue. A group of male students also had their legs waxed.
The World's Greatest Shave raised $386 and the money will be donated to the Leukaemia Foundation. The students also hosted a Biggest Morning Tea and the event raised $225 for the Cancer Council.
