From beef grazing farm land to an original settlement circa 1880, the properties capture the beauty and productivity of the valley.
On offer is
- Norwood Aggregation, more than 1600 acres of Manning River flats and steep grazing country with two homesteads and 11 freehold titles at Knorrit Flat;
- Close to 1000 acres of productive creek flats with a vintage homestead at 'Ferndale' Wingham; and
- A smaller option of around 350 acres of grazing land with two homesteads at Bakers Creek, Gloucester.
The properties are due to go under the hammer on Friday, June 7 from 10am in an auction organised by Ray White Rural and Livestock Australia, along with six other properties from NSW and Queensland.
The "Super Farm Sale Friday" was a synchronised property sales event to bring together a range of rural styled properties and it's designed to entice greater participation from buyers who will see the value in multiple offerings occurring on a single day, under the unifying Ray White banner.
"By putting significant properties up for sale at the same time, we drive buyer enquiry to achieve the best possible outcome for our owners and at the same time give prospective buyers choice to make confident discerning decisions about their purchase opportunities," chief executive officer of Ray White Rural and Livestock Australia, Stephen Nell said.
