Year 10 student Jack Cunich was lucky enough to be chosen to attend a week-long work experience opportunity at the Royal Military College at Duntroon, Canberra.
"During the week I was given a uniform, learnt about different careers in the army, went to the War Memorial and the Defence Force University," he said
"Every day presented a different challenge and I found the obstacle courses challenging, but rewarding.
"All students were given leadership roles and tasks throughout the week. I learnt a great deal about the Army and the requirements for different entry levels. I would like to thank the RMC for the experience and also Linda Drenkhahn for organising this great experience."
Year 10 student Westleigh Richardson spent the week at Wild Bear Productions.
"My time at Wild Bear Productions was very productive. I spent many hours getting to know the editors, sound producers and writers," Westleigh said.
"The whole experience broadened my horizons about the whole universe of filmmaking. I can't thank Wild Bear Productions enough for taking time to help me learn about his art."
