If anyone in the community is looking for something to do why not join this great team. You may not want to go to fires but there is plenty of other tasks that you could help with from fundraising to washing the fire trucks. Every bit helps.

Entertainment at Upper Lansdowne
The Upper Lansdowne Hall Committee has another great line up of entertainment with two great nights which will be enjoyed by everyone.
On August 17 everyone's favourite bad boys 19 Twenty are back in town as part of their new album launch tour. They raised the roof last time they performed, and they've promised to shake the foundations again this time around.
And on August 28 the Dungarees will be performing. Among Canada's fastest rising stars, The Dungarees have performed at marquee festivals including Boots and Hearts Music Festival, the Calgary Stampede, Big Valley Jamboree, Country Thunder, Dauphin CountryFest and SunFest.
The band are coming to Upper Lansdowne directly after their appearance at the Gympie Muster. They have appeared at Tamworth twice before.
Check out the Upper Lansdowne Hall web page to get further information about bookings for these two great nights.
Tasty, home-made food, tea and coffee will be available, but feel free to take your own drinks and nibbles.
