The meeting, starting at 6pm, is open to anyone who is interested in becoming involved in the annual summertime culinary spectacle.
Outgoing chairperson John Lenton said many hands make light work.
"TasteFest is now in its fourth year so if you would like to see this event continue please come along and support Kim and TasteFest 2020.

"We are always after new people keen to help in some way. There are still a couple of committee positions to fill," Mr Lenton said.
The committee is working on an online booking process for vendors to select and reserve their chosen site number. It's expected to be ready in August or September.
General inquiries can be made to email@example.com and vendor inquiries to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The event will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2020.
