It was a tough day for the Bulls and Bridge was speaking just after fulltime of the game Taree lost 50-12.
"What we dished out today was disgraceful,'' Bridge fumed.
"You can't win with with 12 players and 20 penalties and 20 errors,'' he continued.
He was referring to the fact lock Thomas Paulson was twice sin binned in the first half, leaving Taree with 12 players for 20 of the 40 minutes. Wingham trooped off at halftime with a commanding 24-6 lead.
"Wingham's a good side and we're not going to win games playing like that,'' Bridge added.
"Some days blokes will turn up and want to play football, other days they don't want to turn up - this was one of those days.
"I've got no answers for it.''

Bridge said the Bulls paid a heavy price for making some simple defensive errors, particularly in the first half.
"We held off Mick Sullivan there a couple of times and he made us look pretty silly. But other than that we just didn't number up - that makes it hard defending against a side like Wingham.
"We gave away stupid penalties and there was a lack of discipline from a lot of the blokes.''
Bridge agreed that Saturday's clash against Port City and the Jack Neal Oval looms as a season defining clash for the Bulls and for that matter, the Breakers.
"Hopefully we'll get Josh (Northam) back and we'll check on Jake Launder,'' he said.
Northam, a front rower, hasn't played since the opening match when he sustained a foot injury while a bout of pneumonia has kept fullback Lauder out for the last three matches.
"I just said the the boys, come Tuesday at training, tell me if you play football or not play football,'' Bridge concluded.
