Farr was injured in an incident involving Macleay five-eighth Stephen Blair 13 minutes from fulltime in the opening round at Old Bar. A groggy Farr was assisted from the field and took no further part in the game.
Coach Jamie Moorehead said Farr wasn't considered for selection in Saturday's team to play Taree City at the Jack Neal Oval. He added that Fall had problems with concussion when playing under 18s.
"We'll follow all the guidelines,'' Moorehead said.
"But we aren't expecting Bailey to play again this season.''
This will cause a reshuffle in the backs, with Corey Wheeler set to come into the side at halfback. Moorehead said Dylan Towers could switch to the centres to cover for Fall.
Moorehead added a win over Taree City would be important for the Pirates.
'You don't want to go into the Easter break without a win,'' he said.
The Pirates had their moments against the free running Macleay side. Moorehead said eliminating some silly mistakes would be a step forward this weekend.
"It was round one and there's always going to be errors in the first game,'' he said.
