Tall Tales and True - a Night at the Museum will transport you to another time with 10 tales from Manning Valley history, told by Manning Valley Historical Society volunteers stationed at various spots inside the Wingham Museum on Friday, April 26 from 6pm.
Murder in the kitchen. A ghost story in Jimmy Governor's cell. What will happen in the hospital operating room? What scandals will the telephone exchange operator reveal? You can have a taste of historical musical evenings and learn about local heroes, and all for the cost of general admission to the Museum.
The evening is part of Shine Mid North Coast - a festival developed by Arts Mid North Coast to showcase the region's museums and heritage places.
Bookings are essential. Four time slots are available at 6pm, 6.30pm, 7pm and 7.30pm allowing for up to 12-15 people being guided through in each time slot.
