As part of their 30th birthday celebrations, 14 volunteers from the not-for-profit company attended to Taree Community Kitchen on Saturday, March 16 alongside Catholic Care Services staff and regular kitchen volunteers.
Visitors to the kitchen were treated to a free barbecue lunch, while those in need were given toiletry kits.
ETC CEO Jenny Barnett said staff across NSW took part in volunteer activities on the day, such as cleaning up local parks and helping youth support services.
"It's not really our style to throw a big party so instead we are keeping true to our values and giving back to local communities," Mrs Barnett said.
To coincide with the day, the company announced $300,000 has been allocated to the next round of the ETC Community Support Fund
Applications opened on Monday, March 18 and close on Monday, April 15.
