But Queensland leader Annastacia Palaszczuk on Thursday commended NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian for supporting her party's "Buy Queensland policy".
She tweeted photos of Ms Berejiklian's blue campaign bus, noting the signage was printed by family-owned company Drew's Sign It - based in Waterford, Queensland.
"So that makes two Premiers committed to Queensland jobs," Ms Palaszczuk posted.
Asked why the stickers weren't printed in NSW, Ms Berejiklian said she didn't know and directed the question to the Liberals' state director.
NSW Labor leader Michael Daley was quick to criticise saying trams and trains are already built overseas and it was time to look after jobs in NSW.
"I'm sure that Queenslanders and Annastacia Palaszczuk are really nice people, but really we want the jobs here in NSW," he told reporters in Sydney on Thursday.
