The club will send 10 teams along with a host of coaches, managers and referees. Flames president Graham Goodwin said the sides are ready to go.
"They've been training really hard for months, as well as playing in the Northern Eagles championships (in January) and at championships in Nelson Bay two weeks ago," Graham said.
On the back of making the semi-finals at the Nelson Bay event, Graham said the under 18 boys, under 14 girls and under 10 boys will be the sides to watch.
"But all the teams are going good and will do well," Graham said.
Graham said a couple of sides have been effected by injuries in the lead up to the State titles. With a recent spike in junior touch football participation, NSW Touch has split the championship into two conferences.
Port Macquarie will host the northern conference, with the southern to follow at Wagga Wagga next week.
The finals will take place in Woolongong in April.
