This will be the first time North Coast will compete in the Andrew Johns (under 16s) and Laurie Daley (under 18s) Cups under the banner of NRL side Canterbury-Bankstown.
The sides will clash with the Parramatta Eels at Harry Elliott Oval, with the under 16s to play from 1.20pm and the under 18s to follow.
Manning and Great Lakes players to feature on the day include Taree's Ryan Long, Old Bar's Mitchell Clark, Jackson Longa and Lachlan Williams, Wingham's Damon Allison, Bailey Whitby and Nash Atkins and Forster-Tuncurry's Harry Grant, Eli Clark and Jack Wood.
Old Bar's Jaxson O'Connor is 18th man for the under 18s.
Newcastle Knights Development Squad will host the Northern Rivers Titans at the ground earlier in the day.
The tournaments feature 12 teams in each division and sees the best junior rugby league talent from across regional NSW taking the field over seven weeks.
