The exhibition featured beautifully sculptured, life sized animals created by Taree resident Carol Holland and carved wooden animals by local chainsaw sculptor Terry Everingham.
The talents of these two local artists attracted much praise and admiration from the many people who visited the exhibition and the children were delighted to come face to face with some of their favourite animals.
The “Name the Scarecrow” competition was won by seven year old Preston Solomon of Gladesville with the name “Kevin Keepmacorn”
Taree Craft Centre members send out a huge thank you to members of the public who very generously donated plants to the cause, and also to everyone who bought a plant to support our farmers.
