She is such a super, loving and gentle girl who is so in need of a loving family and an incredible new home. Could that be with you?
She is very friendly and affectionate and would make a great new addition to most homes.
Greyhounds make wonderful companions. They are often referred to as couch potatoes as they love to settle in with whomever claims the sofa first.
Sissy won’t need too much exercise, but will still need to get out for a daily walk. As a minimum, 30 minutes per day is recommended.
Greyhounds are built for speed so tend not to have much stamina. If you want a jogging partner then best to build them up gradually with short runs to start with. Never allow a greyhound off leash unless in a secure area.
Sissy has been in care with her sister Tracy, who has also been available for adoption for some time now.
We here at Animal Welfare League would dearly love them both to find a loving home together or separately.
Sissy is all up to date with her vet work and her adoption fee is $100.
