Mulloway to 20kgs have been caught from the wall on live bait at night on the slack water.
There are also plenty of smaller fish in the 8-10kg range have been landed. Bream, luderick and flathead are
also on the bite. The flathead are taking soft plastic lures and bait.
Whiting have been caught on poppers spun over the sand flat.
Chopper tailor to 36cm are biting from the Crowdy beach on bait and lures. Bream are taking worms, pippies and yabbies at Abbey’s Creek.
The strong winds have prevented outside anglers from going out wide but those fishing close in have returned catches snapper to 4kgs.
