RattleTrap 3, at it will be known in 2019, is slated for Saturday, May 4 and will no doubt attract thousands of spectators, as has been the case for the last two years.

The event provides a unique trip back in time as vehicles must be manufactured on or before 1941 or be a purpose built traditional hot rod, custom or vintage race car to be eligible for the event.
Motorcycles must be from before 1960 or a reproduction thereof and comply with the traditional style of the era.
Hosted by Sydney based Drag-ens Hot Rod Club, the event involves bracket beach sprints and an exhibition class for unique or historical vehicles
Drivers and spectators are encouraged to dress in period correct clothing.
Sunday, May 5 will be kept as a reserve day in case of rain.
Gates open from 10am for an 11.30am start. Action will continue into the afternoon, tides permitting.
