The visitors downed the West in the clash at the Johnny Martin Oval. Taree West has now slumped to last spot on the competition ladder and remain without a win.
The West went into the game without top batsman Josh Meldrum and allrounders Josh McLeod and Paul Cox. Skipper Ryan Williams won the toss and elected to bat. However, a defiant and unbeaten 49 by opening batsman Nathan Johnson was the only highlight for Taree West as they crashed to be all out for 103. The innings was all over in 24.5 overs.
Rovers had some early problems when losing two wickets with just eight runs on the board. However, the visitors lost only two more batsmen in the chase to secure a victory in 27.5 overs.
