The award recognised Mr Atkins as the salesperson to consistently deliver superior customer service and innovative customer experience ideas.
“I’m honoured to have been recognised on a global scale and want to thank my team and the Principals at LJ Hooker Taree for their support,” Mr Atkins said.
Mr Atkins said he works hard to ensure customer satisfaction.
“I pride myself on keeping in contact with my buyers and sellers.
“I like to make everyone I’m dealing with feel like they’re the only client that I’m working with or helping at that time.
“I want them to walk away feeling like they’ve had a good experience,” Mr Atkins said.
Network Chief of LJ Hooker Corporatio Graeme Hyde said Mr Atkins had shown great dedication to his work and most importantly to his clients.
“I want to congratulate Justin on such a great achievement,” Mr Hyde said.
“He has worked hard to ensure he is consistently delivering exceptional customer service to all of his clients.”
The awards night took place during the three-day LJ Hooker/Harveys Pinnacle retreat on Hamilton Island which recognised top performers across Australia and New Zealand.
