Cinema Under the Stars, which has grown into Australia’s largest free, outdoor movie program, will be held at The Tanks, Forster on November 10 featuring popular movie The Greatest Showman.
Now in its seventh year in the Great Lakes, Newcastle Permanent Forster branch manager, Brett Willing said the building society was proud to host free Cinema Under the Stars event in one of the most beautiful outdoor spaces in regional NSW.
This is a way to give back to families from the regions we operate in, Mr Willing said.
“This season’s movies will appeal to everyone – they’re truly family friendly, will delight all ages and were selected after asking our Facebook followers for their feedback,” he said.
“We can’t wait to get back to all the fantastic regional communities which already know and love these events, and bring our family-favourite event to Lake Macquarie for the first time.
“Each location will feature a great evening of free, family-friendly entertainment including local talented musicians, followed by a blockbuster movie for all ages at sundown.

“We encourage everyone to come down from 5.30pm to settle in and relax with a picnic and experience the magical atmosphere of watching a popular family film in the great outdoors.”
