Yvette and Peter Hugill are well known to the art gallery and its regular visitors, and their new collaborative exhibition 'Cohesive' is a celebration of colour, pattern and style that melds Yvette's painting with Peter's ceramics.
Seductive curves and shapes are shared by both painting and ceramic forms, providing a visual feast that encourages the eye to linger.

Meanwhile, Jane Hosking will exhibit 'Terror Australis', using the sculpture and installation to investigate contemporary Australian cultural and environmental issues.
This body of work is a 'future museum' and with humour, a little irreverence and some outrage, Jane speculates on what might be displayed in our museums and history books in a hundred years.
"Supporting regional professional artists is a priority for the gallery and I am excited to launch the latest exhibitions 'Cohesive' and 'Terror Australis'.
The new series of work by Yvette and Peter Hugill in 'Cohesive' and Jane Hosking in 'Terror Australis' are not to be missed, and are sure to stimulate the senses and even challenge your way of thinking," says Manning Regional Art Gallery director Rachel Piercy.
An official opening of both exhibitions will take place on Saturday October 6 at 2pm and entry is free. 'Cohesive' and 'Terror Australis' are on exhibition from Thursday October 4 to Sunday November 25.
