The incident occurred on the morning of Tuesday, September 11 and was attended to by Fire and Rescue NSW Forster and NSW Rural Fire Service (RFS) crews.
Most of the contents inside the building were destroyed.
Firefighters had slight difficulty extinguishing the fire due to the structure of the internal metal walls and roof of the building.
Small LPG bottles were damaged in the blaze. They were removed and made safe away from the fire by the Tuncurry and Green Point RFS crews.
No one was injured in the fire.
The cause of the fire is unknown.
Meanwhile, Fire and Rescue NSW Forster has encouraged residents to download the Emergency+ app.
The app provides emergency services with the exact location of a person who has called Triple Zero (000) through the phone’s GPS functionality.
State Emergency Service and police assistance line numbers are included as options.
The app is free to download and is available on iPhone, Android and Windows Mobile.
