In fact we’re so excited about this incredible show that we want to share it with as many people as possible, and we’re giving away three family passes to their shows on Friday September 21.
“How do I win this amazing prize?” I hear you ask breathlessly.
Well it couldn’t be easier. Simply go to our facebook page (ManningEntCent) and like and share the Circus Oz Competition post with the phrase “I can’t wait to see Circus Oz at the MEC”.
It’s the one with the awesome video of what you can look forward to when you see the show.
Also, you should tell us which session of the show you would like to attend.
There’s two matinees that run for an hour each at 10.30am and 12.30pm and then a two hour extravaganza at 7pm, so take your pick!
Whichever session you choose, you’ll be in for a wonderful show.
Model Citizens seamlessly blends the risk and beauty of breathtaking physical improbability with theatricality, choreography and Circus Oz’s distinct brand of Australian humour.
Stunningly lit and driven by a sensational live music soundtrack, it’s a visually and emotionally charged journey.
You’ve got to be in it to win it, so find us on facebook quick smart and get amongst it. There’s over $350 worth of tickets on offer to the lucky winners, and you don’t even have to answer any hard questions or demonstrate any particular talent.
The very happy winners will be announced on Friday September 14.
Headbangers and songs from the heart this weekend
This Saturday at 7.30pm Livewire touring presents The AC/DC Story, a three hour plus interactive performance that documents the life and times of one of Australia's finest ever musical exports.
You’ll be taken on a journey from the Bon Scott era, through to the many highlights with Brian Johnson at the helm.
The musical tone will change a little on Sunday when the ever popular Mark Vincent is back at the MEC with his “Young At Heart” concert.
Mark’s repertoire will include Granada, The Impossible Dream, Somewhere, On The Street Where You Live, Nessun Dorma and marvellous duets such as Time To Say Goodbye and, many more beautiful songs.
