Diesel spill causes traffic hazard on Victoria Street Taree
Taree Fire and Rescue is working on Victoria Street between Manning Street and Commerce Street to clean up a diesel spill on the southbound lanes.

The call came into the station at 10.08am and two fire trucks were immediately on the scene.
“It obviously happened well before that because it’s well spread by traffic into the bitumen,” Fire and Rescue’s Peter Willard said.
Manning Great Lakes Police are assisting with traffic control.
“We apologise for any delays but it has to be taken care of,” Mr Willard said.
