The two day carnival attracted teams from North Coast, Central Coast, Hunter Coast, Northern Rivers and North West.
Jaxon, 13, was a ruckman.
North Coast 13s improved on the 2017 performance when finishing in third place after winning a playoff match.
Teams played three games on each day of the carnival, with matches held in perfect conditions.
Jaxon was selected in the Force squad following trials held last month in Tamworth.
He is in his first year with the Manning Mustangs in the North Coast Juniors, after moving to this area from Sydney.
He has been playing AFL since he was six, originally with Rooty Hill Power before moving to Penrith Giants. He was also a member of the Greater Western Academy and also the Adam Goodes Academy.
