The next scheduled meeting of the Old Bar Manning Point Business and Community Association is at 6pm Monday, June 18 at Old Bar Surf Club.

Members and prospective members are urged to attend.

Matters currently of particular interest to the association are footpath progress from Smith Street to the beach and the erection of bus shelters with most, if not all, of the slabs having now been laid.

Anyone in a business in the Old Bar-Manning Point area, including the trades and also community members enthusiastic about the area should support this organisation.

Sub-branch update on Congress

The next monthly meeting of the Old Bar Beach RSL Sub-branch will be held next Tuesday, June 19 at Club Old Bar at 2pm.

This meeting will be an opportunity for members to learn of the outcomes of the recent State Congress in Albury.

People may see RSL ticket sellers outside Coles Old Bar. Be advised this is not an activity of any RSL NSW entity as fundraising by NSW RSL entities is still not permitted.
