The rider was unable to produce a valid driver’s licence and inquiries revealed his learner licence was disqualified until 2068.
A roadside breath test returned a positive result and the rider was arrested and taken to Taree Police Station where he returned a reading of 0.036.
The man will appear at Taree Local Court on Tuesday, July 3.
