The teams were selected last month at trials held in Taree.
They will boast players from Chatham, Tigers, Wingham/Sharks and Port Macquarie.
Men’s coach Adam Birkefeld said 15 players will travel the championships, held in Moorebank, to ensure the side stays fresh.
“We ran out of legs at last year’s titles so we’re taking some extra subs,” he said.
Adam added that Bryce Phillpott (Port Macquarie), Wade Harry and Eamon Smith will be among the key players for Manning.
The women’s competition will be held in Macarthur, where the Manning side will be coached by Michelle Cheers.
Both championships will introduce a new scoring format, where a field goal conversion will be attempted after a goal has been scored in general play (not from a penalty corner or stroke).
The player who scored the goal will have a one-on-one attempt with the goalkeeper.
