As reported on Wednesday the Bulls have been on the road since the season kicked off waiting for the home she to be repaired after it was damaged by a deliberately lit fire on March 23.
Club official Gary Bridge said the work won’t be completed by May 12.
“But we’ve been given the green light to return to the ground. We’ll have to put up a tent for our players to use to get changed, but otherwise we're right. The canteen, away sheds, referees’ change area and toilets are okay,’’ he said.
The Bulls will be on the road again this weekend to take on Port Macquarie at Port Regional Stadium. Group Three representative Dean Mills will miss up to a month with a sternum injury. Mills was Taree’s most dangerous attacking player in the 30-16 loss to Wauchope last weekend.
Four or five players eligible for under 18s in the first grade squad.
