All the action starts at noon with the junior rodeo and concludes with a major bullride event which will truly get dust flying at 6pm.
Organisers, and former professional bull riders Pete and brother Jared Farley and their Blue Moon Bullriding Company, are excited to offer this thrill packed event for bullriding fans.
All the top riders will be vying for the first prize of $4000 plus full points will be awarded for this open bullride.
The bullride is a major event that the Wingham Show is proud to present.
They call bull riding the toughest sport on dirt. It’s tough, dirty and dangerous.
“It’s an event that will bring riders, families and thrill seeking fans from far and wide,” Farley said.
See the in form riders and bulls deliver some spectacular rides, and don’t forget to cheer on our local brave riders who will also be stepping up for the thrill of their lives.
The bar will be open from noon to 9pm because it can be thirsty work watching all the action.
So dust off your cowboy hat and boots and why not hi-tail it to Wingham Showgrounds on Saturday March 10.
The showgrounds are located on Gloucester Road, Wingham. Please note no gazebos or tarps are to be erected on the rodeo arena viewing area and no alcohol or glass bottles are to be taken onto the grounds.
The hill overlooking the rodeo arena offers a good view for all.
