Head to Nabiac Showground this Saturday, March 3, for the 106th Nabiac Show. The action starts at 8am and continues into the evening with a demolition derby and fireworks. The Wallamba and District Agricultural and Horticultural Show, better known as Nabiac Show, has been held for more than 100 years and includes ring events, show jumping, goat milking, beef cattle, show dogs, pets, poultry and more.

- Exhibitions at Manning Regional Art Gallery, Macquarie Street, Taree: Jo Ernst’s "Not just a nude - life models of the Manning" and Jocelyn Maughan’s "Inspirations - Black Head to Patonga". The exhibitions run until March 25. Gallery open 10am to 4pm Wednesday to Saturday, and 1pm to 4pm Sunday.
- ‘Coalescence’ exhibition at Gloucester Gallery, Denison Street, Gloucester, from March 1 to 25. - Black Head Bazaar, 8am to 1pm, Wylie Breckenridge Park, Black Head.
- MidCoast BrickFest, 9am to 3pm, at Great Lakes College, Tuncurry Campus. Cost: $15 family, $5 single.
