Teachers Yan Kleynhans and Sam Deas will take seven students to compete in the stud classes and steer hoof and hook competitions.
They will also feature in parading and judging.
Agriculture teacher Yan Kleynhans said the team has taken about one month to prepare for the show, but the cattle have been months in preparation. “It’s a lot of hard work,” Mr Kleynhans said.
“Mbali (one of the cows to be featured at the show) has taken about six to eight months to be in this condition.”
The team will also show cattle from Bigwig Speckled Park, Hillville and Karova Fleckvieh, Caffreys Flat.
The show runs from February 23 to 25.
Mr Kleynhans added that the school will also feature cattle in the Sydney Royal Easter Show next month.
They will only be taking the steers to this event. They will feature alongside Kempsey High School.
They have competed in the show for several years.
The agriculture team shows cattle at several events in the region across the year, such as Wingham Beef Week.
