Two concerts have been scheduled at Club Taree on Tuesday, Mary 27 at 10am and 2pm, with two concerts at Forster on Monday, March 26 at 10am and 2pm.
Free tickets for the Taree concerts can be collected from MidCoast Council Chambers in Taree, and Forster tickets can be collected from Club Forster’s front desk.
“This year’s concerts are supported with in kind donations from Club Taree, Club Forster, and MidCoast Council and are being funded by the NSW government’s Department of Ageing to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the NSW Seniors Festival,” Member for Myall Lakes Stephen Bromhead said.
“The senior concert series is again the only professionally produced seniors festival concerts being held in regional NSW and will be hosted by international vocalist, Jenifer Green, and featuring multi-award winner and Broadway baritone Stephen Fisher King, one of Australia’s leading cabaret singers, dancer and instrumentalist Amber Jade, while comedian and impressionist par excellence, Greg Hayes will enthrall with his comic wit and truly amazing vocal likeness.
“With nearly half the free tickets already distributed, I encourage all seniors in Myall Lakes to visit the ticket outlets now, to ensure that you do not miss out in seeing world class performances. I am really looking forward to joining you to celebrate Seniors Festival in 2018,” Mr Bromhead said.
