The scheduled locations for MidCoast Council meetings leading up to council’s move to the single premises of the old Masters site were approved at council’s December meeting.

Additionally, all but two strategic meetings will be held at the Forster administration centre, with the strategic meetings on May 9 and August 8 to be held at Gloucester.
The recommendation to adopt this schedule was moved by Cr Peter Epov and seconded by Cr Brad Christensen. The motion was then carried with an eight to three majority, with Cr Fowler, Cr Hutchinson and Cr McWilliams voting against it.
Council considered a motion by Cr Fowler that all meetings be held in Forster, with the exception of two in Gloucester, however this was not carried.
