It was Christmas bowls and a disco when Valley Industries held its family fun day and awards presentation at Club Old Bar on Monday, December 11.
And the Christmas spirit will continue right up to Christmas Day when Valley Cafe is open for a free breakfast between 7.30am and 10.30am. The cafe is located in Manning Street, Taree.
There has been plenty happening forparticipants. A group from Valley Industries travelled to Newcastle to catch the V8 Supercars actions and they are looking forward to attending next year.
The Celebrating Abilities Ball was held at Club Taree and there was a ‘Western’ theme with prizes for the best dressed table.
As a regional winner of the NSW Business Chambers awards for business leader and excellence in social enterprise, Valley Industries automatically qualified for the State finals. And while they didn’t win, they were proud to have represented Valley Industries at State level.
