If you’d like a unique Christmas drinks experience that’s supporting a terrific cause, then we have just the occasion for you!
The Christmas Cocktail Party of the Rotary Clubs of the Manning Valley and the Australian Children’s Music Foundation is at 8pm tomorrow night, and it’s going to be a night with a difference.
Drinks and canapés will be served on stage at the Manning Entertainment Centre with festivities interspersed with great local and celebrity performers.
Special guests include Maestro George Ellis and the Kaleidoscope Pops Orchestra, plus more.
The party runs for two hours between 6pm and 8pm, and tickets are $45.
Give them a show this Christmas
With Christmas lurching inexorably towards us, the populace is beginning to show signs of Gift Pressure Hysteria.
We are anxious to spare you this seasonal malady, and we recommend a simple way to take care of your gift dilemmas with the click of a mouse.
Give your loved ones a ticket to a 2018 show at the MEC.
There are some wonderful shows on the way, and there really is something for everyone’s taste.
There’s comedy, tenors, ventriloquism (pictured is TedE from the upcoming Strassman show), sopranos, hungry caterpillars, rip roaring Roadl Dahl shenanigans, choirs, ballet, Shakespeare and showgirls.
With this much choice it may be hard to decide, in which case you can let them choose their own show with a gift certificate.
These are available online, by phone or over the counter at the Manning Entertainment Centre or the Customer Information kiosk at Stockland Forster.
It’s a simple and sure-fire way to please the ones you love. Dear patron, despair no more, as your gift giving problems are solved!
No dramas at Christmas
This is the last Curtain Call for 2017 and so on behalf of the team at the Manning Entertainment Centre I wish you a safe and happy yuletide entirely devoid of drama.
In the New Year, however, we hope you will be cramming as much drama into your life as possible, and we’d be happy to provide it for you on our stage.
Thank you for your support during 2017 and here’s to a wonderful 2018!
