One of the internet's favourite Hollywood power couples, Chrissy Teigen and John Legend, just announced they are expecting baby number two. After celebrating their fourth wedding anniversary in September, Teigen shared a video on Instagram, hilariously captioning the video, "It's John's!"
"Luna, what's in here" Teigen says in the clip, while the couple's 19 month-old daughter Luna Simone points to her mother's stomach, saying "Baby!" several times.
Legend quipped in response, "Maury will have the final word on this," referring to the US show known for its dramatic paternity reveals.
It's been a big week in their household, with Forbes revealing the model came in third on the list of highest-earning-models of this year. It is the first time Teigen has made the list after earning, $13.5 million (A$17.8 million).
Teigen has spoken openly about the pair's fertility struggles over the years, with the 31-year-old discussing her hope to have a second child via a frozen embryo transfer during a cover interview with InStyle.
Teigen also revealed in the magazine that while she and Legend,38, started with 20 embryos, only three were deemed normal after being genetically tested.
"The first little girl didn't work, and then the second is Luna," the TV host and model said, as well as telling the magazine that her "uterus" was soon be "implanted with a frozen embryo in an attempt to have their second child.
Teigen was forced to silence rumours the couple were expecting back in January this year, telling her Twitter followers their last embryo is a boy.
"Since this is coming up again, I said our next baby would be a boy because that is the embryo we have left. A boy. So. Yeah.", she tweeted in response to pregnancy speculation. "And no, I am not pregnant."
Despite her "painful" postpartum depression experience she had following the birth of Luna in April 2016, Teigen revealed in Marie Claire's July issue that she was ready to have another child. Her battle with mental health issues was one of the reasons the model decreased her alcohol consumption.
"I would definitely adopt or have foster children. But I loved being pregnant. Maybe I should be scared [of having postpartum depression again], but I don't know," she said. "It couldn't be any worse than it was ??? could it?"
She also toldCosmopolitan one of the reasons she cut back on alcohol because of her desire to expand their family.
"We're going to try to have a child [soon]. This is for us to try to get in the zone of, 'Let's travel, let's be away together, let's see our closest friends,' and then we're going to have to do something super hard, which is the IVF process, all over again."
Grammy-award winning, Legend who also spoke about supporting his wife through the ups and downs of the year said their bond has been "strengthened" by the IVF process.
"Having a baby is a big challenge for a couple, and going through that together strengthens your bond because if you make it through [having a child], you know you can make it through anything," Legend told Cosmopolitan magazine in August.
"We're lucky that we're living in an age where we can conceive in other ways. [IVF treatment] brought us Luna and hopefully it will bring us a few more awesome kids, too."
The baby's due date is unknown, but the Internet is counting down the days until we get more adorable social media photos and videos of the family.
