Canadian singer songwriter Buffy Sainte-Marie’s has released her eighteenth album Medicine Songs. Buffy Sainte-Marie plays self-taught piano and guitar.
She was born on the Piapot Plains Cree First Nation Reserve in Saskatchewan, Canada and her heritage has been her inspiration for most of her artistic output and certainly her social activism.
