One of two southbound lanes on the Pacific Highway near Taree is closed this morning due to an oil spill.
The incident is in the Glenthorne area approaching Manning River Drive.
The spill was reported just before 6am this morning and authorities are still in attendance attempting to clean up the spill.

The clean up is still underway and the Roads and Maritime Service (RMS) is warning motorists to exercise caution and factor in extra travel time to their journey.
