All boys tried hard but we're out classed by dominant Wingham forwards. They were good in patches and lapses in defence led to Wingham scoring there tries.
Under 12s
RED Rovers under 12s took on the Taree Panthers in the local derby. Conditions were wet and slippery making it tough for both sides to control the ball early. The Red Rovers managed to find their wet football form first and came away with a 30-0 victory.
Best on field for Rovers were Shaun Weldon with two tries, halfback Jacob Smith who took the line on and proved elusive to score his first try of the season, while Connor Latham and Cooper Turner were stong all game in defence. Jason Donovan and Lucas Lemay also scored tries for the Rovers with all tries being converted.
