The race takes place on Easter Sunday at Gloucester District Park with the little rubber duckies competing on the Gloucester River.
It’s a family fun filled morning with a children’s Easter egg hunt, lots of prizes, hot food and drinks.
Event organiser and Rotarian, Peter Markey said this year’s event is due to start at 11:30am on April 1.
“I will be donning my duck suit and walking around town before the race,” he said.
The recent rain means there is plenty of water in the river and should make for an exciting race.
“All the Rotarian's are excited about holding this wonderful annual event again,” Peter said.
“The look of excitement on the kids face as the duck bob up and down the river is just priceless.”
All proceeds go towards support of Gloucester Rotary projects.
