The side was unbeaten from six matches before defeating Dubbo in the semi-final 4-3 then accounting for South Sydney (2) 4-1 in the final.
Because of the heat some games on the opening day called off with the draw adjusted for the remainder of the championship to ensure no matches were played in the middle of the day.
This is the second year Manning has been to the State Masters. Last year the side won division four to earn promotion to division three.
As was the case this year, Manning was unbeaten in 2016.
Team members were Lea Davy, Sandra Tran, Paula Smith, Kerrie Davy, Lyn Hinton, Melissa Mendham, Linda Ferguson and Katrina Hayes. Ben Ferguson was the coach with Craig Colvin the manager.
