A 76-year-old man has been charged after allegedly exposing himself in front of school children.

Three teenage girls, aged 15 to 17, were walking past a house in Taree about 3.35pm on Tuesday when a man allegedly exposed himself from inside the property.
The matter was reported to police, who commenced investigations into the incident and arrested the 76-year-old man.
He was taken to Taree Police Station and charged with wilful and obscene exposure.
The man was granted conditional bail and will appear in Taree Local Court on Tuesday, June 10, 2014.
