The open girl's relay team of Jordan Moscatt, Kalani Cross along with sisters Charli and Kasey Muir qualifed for State by first winning through the Manning Zone and regional carnivals. At the zone held at Wingham the four smashed the previous record with a time of 2.35.69.
To the regional championship at Maitland and here they improved their time again, clocking 2.31.41. They finished third.
Jordan, Kalani and Charli are in year six with Kasey in year 5. They're training up to three days a week, giving up their lunch times to churn up the pool at the YMCA?Manning Aquatic Centre under the guidance of teacher, Heidi Anderson.
Now they're looking forward to taking on the State's best .
