Forster took out the junior championship.
A dominating performance by Connor Shakespeare in the under 19 and open surf events proved the spur for Cape Hawke to take the senior title by 180 points from Black Head.
Club-mate Aaron King was also prominent while Jordan Connelly from Black Head was the leading competitor on the beach.
Forster finished 25 clear of Black Head in the junior section.
All six branch clubs were represented.
Next season's titles will be held at Crowdy Head.
